I was totally shocked! It’s a holiday weekend Sunday afternoon and the company answered the phone responded professionally and did everything they said they would do. They didn’t hide pricing. Explain to me what they were going to do and then they did it. I now have their phone number saved in my phone in case I have any other plumbing emergencies.

He replaced my sewer line, both under the house and from the house to the road. All the work was done in one day and he left the area neat and clean when he was done. A few months later, we thought we might have a leak so he came back and ran a camera through the whole sewer line as well as visually checking everything under the house. Every time he's been to my house he's been professional, pleasant, and responsive. I highly recommend Purified Plumbing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This young man went out of his way to get my hot water heater working on New Years Eve when it was not even a plumbing issue. We have worked with Jarred several times and have been very pleased with the work. Once when we had an emergency my wife called him and he quickly came over and fixed the problem. After getting three quotes we hired him again to install a water heater. He was the only one who took the time to measure our crawl space entrance finding current water heaters would not fit. He moved it from the crawl space to the garage where it was very accessible and for a great price.

I called and spoke to the owner Jarred Redd on the phone, about some issues my family and I was having with our well. After calling other companies and being quoted ridiculous prices just to come look at what was wrong. He came out the very next day and did an assessment at no charge. He suggested I needed a new well pump soon , but still could get by with it. While he was at my house I went ahead and had him fix a toilet that would leak occasionally. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions confidently. I would highly recommend anyone needing any plumbing work done to give him a call. I will also be sharing his information on social media as I am very happy with his service! If I could give him more than 5 stars , I would.
