This company is awesome, quick response and professional service! I called multiple companies yesterday looking for an evaluation on my hot water heater and Jarred was the only one who was able to respond and complete the service the same day. Thank you so much you are a life saver!!!

Excellent service. Purified plumbing did an excellent job repairing some leaks for us on a couple short notice service requests. Very happy with the quality of the work. For one emergency repair they were at my house in less then 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This young man went out of his way to get my hot water heater working on New Years Eve when it was not even a plumbing issue. I called and spoke to the owner Jarred Redd on the phone, about some issues my family and I was having with our well. After calling other companies and being quoted ridiculous prices just to come look at what was wrong. He came out the very next day and did an assessment at no charge. He suggested I needed a new well pump soon , but still could get by with it. While he was at my house I went ahead and had him fix a toilet that would leak occasionally. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions confidently. I would highly recommend anyone needing any plumbing work done to give him a call. I will also be sharing his information on social media as I am very happy with his service! If I could give him more than 5 stars , I would.

Purified Plumbing did an excellent job for me. Kalston Redd relocated my water line suppling my refrigerator for my kitchen remodeling job. Due to the age of my home, some re-engineering was needed. Kalston had no problem solving my plumbing problem. I would recommend Kalston Redd and Purified Plumbing for any plumbing need.

I have used Purified Plumbing a few times now. Once to check in on the water pressure at my house and another to fix a clogged drain in two separate sinks. Jared was always timely with his response and available quickly! He is always professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. I will continue to use Purified Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

I was totally shocked! It’s a holiday weekend Sunday afternoon and the company answered the phone responded professionally and did everything they said they would do. They didn’t hide pricing. Explain to me what they were going to do and then they did it. I now have their phone number saved in my phone in case I have any other plumbing emergencies.

Jarred had a cancellation so he called to see if he could come early which was great. He was very prompt, polite, knowledgeable. I think he worked fast. He arrived befored 8:30 assessed the problem left & got parts returned & fixed my pressure reducer valve and was gone by 11am. Wow!! Awesome

He replaced my sewer line, both under the house and from the house to the road. All the work was done in one day and he left the area neat and clean when he was done. A few months later, we thought we might have a leak so he came back and ran a camera through the whole sewer line as well as visually checking everything under the house. Every time he's been to my house he's been professional, pleasant, and responsive. I highly recommend Purified Plumbing.

We have worked with Jarred several times and have been very pleased with the work. Once when we had an emergency my wife called him and he quickly came over and fixed the problem. After getting three quotes we hired him again to install a water heater. He was the only one who took the time to measure our crawl space entrance finding current water heaters would not fit. He moved it from the crawl space to the garage where it was very accessible and for a great price.

Best plumber I’ve dealt with in North Carolina. Fast and Clear communication all the way through and came the following morning after my plumbing issue was identified. Once the problem and solution was Identified, my plumbing issue was fixed immediately. Couldn’t have asked for an easier company to work with. Highly recommend!
